A large portion of my day is spent making decisions about what snacks to have for my darling daughters. Their tastes change, the react differently to different foods, and my tastes change. Not all snacks are in our house at once, but they appear as more of a rotating ‘what is available at the store/what’s on sale’ type-thing.
As of today, 12.21.08, their snack line-up includes:
- veggie chips
- veggie straws
- bunny rabbit cookies
- pretzels
- grapes
- pears
- yogurt
- crackers (various)
- fruit bars
- pop tarts (the less chemical-y versions)
- graham crackers
- cheese
Specifics to come.

Want updated snacks. Or want new page of their favorite games. Or of places you’ve applied for jobs and felt good about results. Or of paint colors itching up the cracks in your cuticles.
my, nappy, you’re a demanding one, aren’t you? it makes me feel loved. i have quite the snack image collection and when it is put up, you will be my inspiration.
Look, I’m a big fan of your art, your parenting, and your perspective. But, dude, this page is from like 1989.
I’m just waiting for the page on what goes in their enormously creative, thoughtful, and nutritiolicious lunch boxes.
When they head off to college.
